Mental Health Services

Emotional Wellbeing Service

BHT Sussex provide a supportive service for adults at Ifield Medical Practice with low-level mental health concerns, such as:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • stress
  • low self-esteem

If you need support, your GP can refer you to see or speak to Evie, our Mental Health Support Coordinator.

Evie will work with you to create a personalised support plan. She can help you with a range of grounding techniques, coping skills and therapy tools.

The Emotional Wellbeing Service may not be the best service for you if you have more complex or severe mental health issues. Please visit our page on local mental health services if you have an urgent mental health need.
