Wellbeing Advisor

A Wellbeing Advisor can support people to change their behaviour. This is usually helpful for people with long-term conditions where lifestyle change could help. Such advice may focus on

  • weight management
  • adhering to a treatment regime
  • becoming more active
  • managing mood.

The Wellbeing Advisor can also support people to reduce their risk of diseases like:

  • heart disease
  • stroke
  • cancer
  • type 2 diabetes

Our Care Coordinator or a GP can refer to the Wellbeing Team, or you can self-refer on the Crawley Wellbeing website.

If you would like more information, please email our Care Coordinator Amanda at amanda.quinn7@nhs.net.
